chart speed

Issue: slight delay on the auto update of the charts whenever the data is being
updated (compared to other spreadsheet applications) 

Steps:
1. Create a chart 
2. update the information in the chart. 

The calc spreadsheet will update the chart but there is a slight delay
(compared to WPS / MS Office)
