On pc Debian x6-64 with master sources updated today + English locale (with "."
separator), I could reproduce this.
I had the error message in popup:
"PASTE DID NOT WORK!
sym=EXPDOptCx=10LastRow=204
Formula Cells PasteAddr=EXPD.$K$8:AD205
Click YES to continue anyway, NO to retry"

On console, I got lots of messages, eg:
