Bug ID: 112155
Summary: Help for "Save a Copy" missing
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Documentation
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: h.goebel at goebel-consult.de
CC: olivier.hallot at documentfoundation.org
The help for "Save a copy" is missing at least for Writer and Calc (I did not
check the others), at least in English and German.
"Sava a copy" seem to have non-obvious features: In addition to what is
explained at [1]
"Save a copy" seems to only save the current version and strip older versions.
This is
very useful do know – and needs explanation in the help
[1]
https://askubuntu.com/questions/398969/what-is-the-difference-between-save-as-and-save-a-copy
Having at least a short explanation of what this does would be really useful.
Thanks.
