Description:
If I restore a writer-file, e.g. after I shut down the computer without saving,
the password I set for the file is often lost. So anyone reopening LO can open
the file by restoring it. 
Thats a huge bug..... 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a writer-file. Save it with password.  
2. Shutdown computer without saving again or closing LO.
3. Restore the file.

Actual Results:  
Password protection disappears.

Expected Results:
Restore file with password (happens sometimes).


Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: No
