Bibisected to the following commit using repo bibisect-44max. Adding Cc: to
Caolán McNamara, please take a look sometimes.

I assume it's an import issue, since the 1:6 ratio of lines becomes 2:5 upon
first open, then 3:4 on the second (after save), etc.
