I guess you are talking about sidebar. It works if you use the mouse wheel in
the dropdown list. In the text field you need to press Enter once you have
chosen your font.
The benefit of the dropdown list is that it can show a preview of each font.

Does that fit your need?

Set status to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once requested
informations are provided.
