tooWideShape2013.doc: unit test showing various problems.

proposed fix: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/41957

There are several more problems noticed with this unit test. It adds 0.09inches
to the height each round-trip. Additionally, it doesn't support the hralign for
center/left/right.
