The problem:

I placed a green border around the Footnote Anchor and Footnote Charaters style
template. Whenever i scroll the newly created footnode out of the viewport and
scroll back, the border is either partially drawn around the footnote or there
is no border left anymore. The more strange thing is that all other footnotes
behave the same way on the entire document: Some are drawn perfectly ok, some
are fragmented and some are drawn without any border and the affected footnotes
finally lose the entire drawn border the more you scroll up and down or
throughout the document and viewport. I get the same visual result, whenever i
export the document as pdf on the final pdf file: Some ok, some fragmented or
partially drawn, some wthout any border. Sample screenshot attached. The
difference here is, that everything that has gone wrong wont change while you
navigate around the document. The way the footers are drawn wont change, what
for sure is as expected.

There is no difference whether i use hardware acceleration or Open-GL for
rendering the document. The problem still persists, which is guess is a issue
related in the graphics drawing engine or the way LibreOffice Writer draws the
graphical object or uses the drawing methods/functions. Possibly a missing
Update/Invalidate command on the graphics object?
