When opening attachment 113150 from bug 89139, the WEEK column on Dati sheet
shows 1 for cells D727:D730, while in Excel, these give 53. If the function
WEEKNUM in these cells is replaced with WEEKNUM_EXCEL2003, then the result is
as expected.
