Bug ID: 112344
Summary: Display of Hyperlinks in Text Boxes and Drawing
Objects is Different to Display in Normal Text
Product: LibreOffice
Version: Inherited From OOo
Hardware: All
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: UI
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: harald.koester at mail.de
Steps in order to reproduce the bug (Version 5.4.1, Win 7):
[1] Create new text document.
[2] Create 2 hyperlink one as normal text and the other in a text box. Link in
normal text is underlined. Link in text object is not underlined. Expected:
Both links should be underlined.
[3] Double-click in text box. The link in the box gets a grey background.
Expected: No background.
[4] Move mouse pointer above link in normal text. A tip with the URL of the
link is displayed. Move pointer above link in text box. No link is displayed.
Expected: Display of link.
[5] Ctrl+Click above link in normal text. The link is opened in your browser.
Due to bug 44189 the colour of the link does not change now. Scroll down until
the link is outside the working area. Scroll back. The colour of the link has
changed to brown.
[6] Ctrl+Click above the link in the text box. The link is opened in your
browser. Scroll down until this link is outside the working area. The colour of
the link has not changed. Expected: Change of link colour to brown.
The behaviour is equal if you use a link in a drawing element like a rectangle
instead of the text box.
These display problems already exist in version 3.3.0. Hence inherited from
OOo.
