Sample ODT with single change

Open the attached document, which has change tracking enabled, and the first
three paragraphs deleted as a single change.
Save it as DOCX/DOC.
Reopen the DOCX/DOC.

=> There are separate changes for each paragraph (three altogether instead of
one).
Because of that, after accepting changes, unnecessary empty lines remain.

Observed using LO 5.4.1.2 and 4.4.0.3 / Windows 7 and Ubuntu 17.04.
