Ok, I understand you know. This is called the content menu.
This is a duplicate of bug 85940
I can reproduce it in 

Version: 5.4.1.2
Build ID: 1:5.4.1~rc2-0ubuntu0.17.04.1~lo0.1
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.10; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; 
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

but not in

Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha0+
