Cannot reproduce with 5.4. The zoom factor of 120% persists for open or closed
sidebars. If you still think it's an issue then I wouldn't ask for UX input. If
the zoom factor should be restored it has to be done independently from the Ui
configuration, meaning window size, sidebar collapsed, etc.
