sample saved in PP 2013 (no issue with this)
Opening the original attachment gives the following warning in Impress:
"Warning loading document mp07_accent_process.pptx:
Could not load all SmartArts. Saving in Microsoft Office 2010 or later would
avoid this issue."
Indeed, if the file is saved in PowerPoint 2013 first, then it can be
roundtripped in Impress, and opened in PP again fine.
Tested using 6.0 daily build (0db08432c69adc36ed464c1f7c8e672acb3752d4,
2017-09-22_22:54:52).
