Description:
For the attached file:
a) Opening with LibreOffice Writer: line numbering shows for the each line,
when it should only show in the last section where there is code.
b) Opening with Microsoft Word: line number shows correctly

2. Open file in LO Writer
3. Compare

Actual Results:  
Line numbering shows for the entire document

Expected Results:
Line numbering should only show for section like in Word
