Confirming that setting "Use printer metrics for text formatting" enabled seems
to hold layout correct while scaling--disabled and the layout shifts with zoom
levels.

So what is the difference between cell scaling with and without it set that
holds its on display layout?

And does the printer in use make a difference. I default to a ghostscript based
PDF printer.
