Steps to reproduce:
1. Open writer
2. View - Toolbars - Form Control
3. Make sure the wizard button is enabled
4. Click on more controls button
5. Add a Group Form
6. Add a new field and click Next until the wizard finishes
7. DO NOT DESELECT THE FORM
8. Right click - Group - Group
9. CRASH
