However, I can completely reproduce this :

Threads CPU : 4; Version de l'OS :Mac OS X 10.13; UI Render : par défaut;
Moteur de mise en page : nouveau; 
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group

Confirming, changing version to earliest reproduced
