Please have a look at the attached screenshot.

Current behavior:
Setting "Ignore OpenGL blacklist" always enables OpenGL.

Requested behavior:
OpenGL should NEVER be activated if "Use OpenGL for all rendering" is turned
off.


Bug found with LibreOffice 5.4.1.2 and 6.0.0.0.alpha0+.
