UI: Border selection icon tool in sidebar disappearing (white square)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Sidebar -> Properties deck -> Cell Appearance deck
3. Hoover over the backgroud icon

Actual Results:  
White square

Expected Results:
Icon
