I didn't understand what you meant, sorry...

I just wanted to point out, that there should be a New file button visible
instead of hidden. The one in the Hamburguer menu fulfills that. I thought that
it was a matter of simply moving it from one place to the other but if it's
more complicated than that I don't want to overload anyone.
