Description:
No option to select Nigeria as a locale and Naira as a currency

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select libreoffice preferences
2.Language setting 
3.Locale option

Actual Results:  
No option for Nigeria as a locale as well as the Naira as currency

Expected Results:
Nigeria as a localisation option to be selected 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
