table border misbehaving

Maybe I just dont understand how it works

I attach video of the problem

to reproduce

1. make a 2x2 table
2. select the 4 cells
3. try every button of the border selection

All the buttons modify all the borders, the inside borders too

But not always all of them, as can be seen in the video attached

To add insult to injury, the ui is not very intuitive. Should i open a
different bug about this?

Some ideas why I think is not good:
- You cant tell which border or border style is currently selected
- You have to click 4 times every time you want to modify a specific border
- Theres a table properties menu from where you can modify borders too. Its the
same as calc and its more intuitive. But it doesnt have preview! or apply
button!. You have to select every cell, secondary menu, properties, modify
everything and hope for the best. Since there is no preview button, and you did
it wrong, you have repeat everything

>From this menu it misbehaves the same as the tool buttons btw
