Of course this requires that the locale appropriate Local Help be installed.
But confired on Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US with build specific Local Help and
Version: 6.0.3.2 (x64)
Build ID: 8f48d515416608e3a835360314dac7e47fd0b821
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: CL


I'd thought this was filed already against bug 80430 but apparently not.

Is there an efficient way to identify what actions have not .xhp article
assigned, that would cause fall back to parent description?
