After a long time of banging my head against this wall, I just discovered I can
reliably reproduce and solve (work-around) the problem by adding and removing
the Cell Freeze in my offending sheet.

Tested/reproduced/solved in LO 1:6.0.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.17.10.1~lo2 (Ubuntu
packages)
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.16; UI render: default; VCL: kde4;
