Sorry -- was a little hasty! I read some of the earlier comments, and noticed
in #17 that you needed to start with a doc created in 6.0.3n. So:

- If I use a "fresh" doc created in 6.0.3.2, then either create a table, or
copy/paste one from an older (6.0.2) doc, then the table format is NOT reset
when adding a row, etc.

- If I simply load up a doc created in an earlier version, then the table
re-formatting still occurs in 6.0.3n.

So, FIXED, then! But people concerned about this bug should be made aware of
this behaviour: edit your tables in docs *created* in 6.0.3+.
