Similar in 6.1+. Select in LO doesn't go out of the (in this case inner) table. 
This is a special case when there's outer table. 
But general enhancement would be: "EDITING: Select a table and outer content". 
So I think we should rename because it's easier to make that than to check
whether inner table is in outer table.
