Running LibreOffice with `SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen` environment variable
resulted in title bar icon (and icon in task switcher) being correctly
displayed on all LibreOffice programs.

Though, doing so also cause the programs to ignore system's
font configuration and color scheme in the process,
making their appearance come out relatively dull.

Screenshots of each LibreOffice program in this configuration
are attached for comparison:

- Writer   generic (attachment #141439) V.S. default (attachment #140995)
- Calc     generic (attachment #141440) V.S. default (attachment #140996)
- Impress  generic (attachment #141441) V.S. default (attachment #140997)
- Base     generic (attachment #141442) V.S. default (attachment #140998)
- Draw     generic (attachment #141443) V.S. default (attachment #140999)
- Math     generic (attachment #141444) V.S. default (attachment #141000)
- Launcher generic (attachment #141445) V.S. default (attachment #141001)

You would see that on forced generic VCL configuration, a corresponding
program icon is displayed on top-left of the window and on system's
task switcher at the center of the screen; unlike the default
VCL configuration, which system's placeholder icon is displayed
on both spots.

>From this, it is likely that the problem could now be narrowed to
LibreOffice's VCL-GTK2 implementation.
