I do not think this is fixed as of yet, as per comment #38 this has only been
accepted as "a temporary workaround for master".

Personally I would not offer the migration in any 6.1 release builds (side
question: Are experimental features automatically enabled in master?).

I do not see the issue resolved until the comments in #39 are treated.

Furthermore this dialog should be "safety focused" and revert the logic by
definition. 

As already said using more words: This does not protect the user and as data
can be lost and corrupted we need a longer testing period.

I furthermore see the "backup" solution (keeping the HSQLDB database in the
file) as not ideal by far. If a file dialog opens user would question the
action / have a working backup copy.
