The crop outline is broken in the Writer module of recent builds of
LibreOffice.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Sample document with a cropped image such as attachment 106084 
2. Right click -> Crop
3. Attempt to crop image by dragging one of the crop handles

Expected Results
1. Crop Area is inside of image

Actual Results 
1. Crop Area is outside image area
