            Bug ID: 117182
Summary: Cell format Language setup lost if LibreOffice Calc is
                    closed
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.0 all versions
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: rkoski at br.ibm.com

Description:
Hi
I use a specific language for date formats in may date cells, which is
Portuguese Brazil
I set the Format to DD/MMM/AAAA.
When I close the tool (Libreoffice Calc) the language definition I defined for
the cells is lost and is set back to English (USA), causing my cells to lost
the date format.
The format is kept (DD/MMM/AAAA), but the language is lost
What can I do to keep the language too ?
Thanks

Steps to Reproduce:
1.put a date in a cell
2.Set the date format to DD/MMM/AAAA (AAAA = Portuguese for YYYY)
3.Set the Language to Portuguese (Brasil)
4.Save the format
5.Enter a date in the cell in which the day is later than 12, like 13/04/20018
(which in Portuguese format stands for April, 13th)
6.Save the sheet and close LibreOffice Calc
7.Reopen Calc/Sheet

Actual Results:
Same as above

Expected Results:
After reopening Cacl, see that the cell will lose its date format and will now
be understood as a text.
The Language of the date format is set back to English (USA)
In this set up, the date entered, 13/04/2018, the 13 will be understood as a
month, and as there is no 13th month, it converts the date to text.

Reproducible: Always
