Description:
Unable to add MediaWiki url and account to Wiki Publisher 1.2.0, because I
always get "User name or password is incorrect.  Please try again, or leave the
fields blank for an anonymous connection." message

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Either select Tools -> Options -> Internet -> MediaWiki
2.  Click "Add.."
3.  In the URL, put the MediaWiki URL.  (for me: 'http://localhost:81/wi')
4.  Fill out username and password.
5.  Click Ok.

Actual Results:  
Error message: "User name or password is incorrect.  Please try again, or leave
the fields blank for an anonymous connection."

Expected Results:
Successful login to MediaWiki


Reproducible: Always
