Example 1

The text is cut when user hovers with mouse over the icons on the right
navigation panel.Screen resolution 1366x768.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Writer, Spreadsheet, Presentation or Drawing..
2. Move mouse to the right vertical panel
3. Hover the mouse over the buttons
4. Read the text

Expected results:
The text pops up on the left side and the user is able to read it.

Actual results:
The text pops up on the right side and part of it is cut. User is not able to
read it.

Additional notes:
The problem occurs only on my laptop screen with resolution 1366x768.
When the document is sent to my secondary monitor with 1920x1080 resolution,
everything works fine.
