Description:
When I install the language pack, the app icon is off centered from the full
image. It does not happen on Libreoffice 6.0.3. It happens only (by I have
tested) in macOS El Capitan. In High Sierra does not happen. Version of
Libreoffice:

1.Download LangPack dmg
2.Open DMG
3.View the app icon

Actual Results:  
App icon is off-centered

App icon is centered
