I can't, I do not have enough privileges to do this.

Upd: I just discovered that my permissions on page
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=permissions
say 
canconfirm      Can confirm a bug.
But when I press on Status button I do not get option "Confirmed".
Any ideas?
