Description:
Displaying Navigator causes Libreoffice to slow down to the point it can't be
used anymore. CPU surges. Navigator zone "blinks slowly", with some black
parts, as if it was trying to refresh with much effort.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Navigator

Actual Results:
Slows everything down

Expected Results:
Shouldn't slow anything down


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
