Description:
Sometime after 5.0.5.2 rendering of text in Web Layout changed to make the
lines appear squashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a file or copy text
2. Switch to Web Layout
3.

Actual Results:
Lines should be squashed.

Expected Results:
More in line with v5.0.5.2 or Microsoft Word as shown in attached picture


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
