Description:
UI: LibreOffice switches between focused look and defocused look (when
defocused & heavy processing)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Copy the content
3. Open a new document & paste
4. Press CTRL+V 4 times
5. Do something else (say browsing) with LibO processing in the background (not
minimized)

Actual Results:
LibreOffice seems to grab focus (isn't doing that actually)

Expected Results:
Should be processing in the background without a focus change


Reproducible: Always
