Please answer Robert's questions.

We also need a step by step list of instructions in order to try and reproduce
the issue, and a sample spreadsheet and database from which to attempt the
import.

Please bear in mind that you should not post any confidential data here or
attach a file to the bug report which contains any such confidential data.
