Description:
If a document contains a table with a background fill the fill does not stay
when the document is re-opened. The document was saved before closing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table
2. Add backfill color to one of the rows
3. Save and close
4. Re-open the document

Actual Results:
Backfill won't show up anymore

Expected Results:
Backfill stays


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
