Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

Description:
This is also true in v6.0.6.2
If place cursor in a word (or select the whole word or multiple words) and do
Ctrl+B, Ctrl+U etc. then the action is executed, but not for Ctrl+I. Need to
use the tool bar to achieve this.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. place cursor in a word (or select a range)
2. Ctrl+i
3. nothing changes
do same with ctrl+b, etc, and the the text is affected as expected
Actual Results:
nothing
Expected Results:
selection or identified word should display as italics.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
