Description:
Libre Office Version: 6.0.0.3
Operation System MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 (17F77)
Safari Version 11.1.1 (13605.2.8)

When using SPREADSHEET it is very unstable.
It jumps/advances all over.
For example I could be in column A row 5 and just a trap of the mouse I wind up
in column bbbb row 1234 etc.
It is difficult to keep it in the area where I am working.

Actual Results:
Start the program and it instantly begins the malfunction

Expected Results:
Jumps all over

User Profile Reset: No
