Description:
When I'm using "Formato" Menu> 'Ancla' submenu, in Calc, in LibreOffice 6.1,
Spanish versión, There is no translation into Spanish for 'To Cell (resize with
cell)' option.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice 6.1> Calc, Spanish Languaje Version
2. 'Formato' Menu> 'Ancla' Submenu
3. 'To Cell (resize with cell)' Option.

Actual Results:
1. Open LibreOffice 6.1> Calc, Spanish Languaje Version
2. 'Formato' Menu> 'Ancla' Submenu
3. 'To Cell (resize with cell)' -> Translation missing.

Expected Results:
1. Open LibreOffice 6.1> Calc, Spanish Languaje Version
2. 'Formato' Menu> 'Ancla' Submenu
3. 'A la Celda' instead of 'To Cell'
