I can set a proper parent on the dialog to make it modal to the basic ide, but
I think we need to explicitly make the currently-launched-from-basic-dialog
impossible to interact with until the warning dialog has been dismissed.
I can't see a way to guarantee to lock just exactly the type of dialog I want
to lock, but locking whatever is currently executing is possible and worst case
scenario is that something is unnecessarily locked, so should be good enough
