I don't agree that this is an enhancement.  While I can see the logic behind
this category, that is to say it doesn't cause LO to crash, it still makes
Impress nearly unfunctional when working with presentations that have dark
backgrounds.

This is a small item but big from a marketing & usability standpoint.  The
transition to LO from other products should be easy and in particular there
shouldn't be anything cosmetic that causes people to switch back because the
product is unusable in certain use cases.
