So, are the other LibreOffice icon themes under your Windows 10 desktop
affected as well?

>From Tools -> Options -> View : Icon style  dropdown, please select a different
colored icon theme, I'd suggest a test fo the new "Karasa Jaga" icons as they
are richly colored more so than Colibre.

Are those icons also misrendered?
