Description:
Scrolling performance in multi page view with large amount of comments slow and
comment boxes are flickering (repaints)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom out (3 pages or more) in one row
3. Scroll down

Actual Results:
Repaints of the comment boxes (over and over)
Slow scrolling

Expected Results:
Snappy scrollling
