tableOutsideBordersLO60: 4*5 table with only outside borders opens fine in
Word2003. Created by LO 6.0.6, but re-loads with one extra inside left and
bottom border

Important point. Also important is to test this with a larger table, since it
seems to me like this is only happening on the last row (and thus on a one or
two row table it looks like it is happening everywhere). Similarly right
borders also add one inside border on the last column.
