IMAGE Illustrates Annoying Hourglass

The "hourglass" is still present in v. 6.1.0.3 installed on my Windows 10
computer yesterday.  However, in this version, the hourglass has been replaced
by a symbol that looks much like two vertical lines "‖" and the color is cyan. 
Please see attached photo.
