Description:
In Impress the scroll in the slides pane is extremely sensitive, making
scrolling on it unusable.

Presentation with 50 empty slides attached for convenience.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached presentation.
2. Scroll in the slides pane.

Actual Results:
Scrolls too fast.

Expected Results:
Scroll at normal velocity.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
